Mocrap is a company started by Crazy Dave of
Parcom Internet Services, Inc over 5 years ago and counting. It has been around before ANY other
company that is remotely close to mocrap.com! We're the
first. For almost two decades, Crazy Dave has been
involved in some kind of customer service role throughout his career.
During his time at other companies, it has been his dream to do the total
opposite of customer service for a business of his own. Dave loves to take care of
customers, but as experienced customer service industry people know, it is one
of the most expensive parts of a business. It is a thankless job!
The only way to provide more and more to
customers is to take that thankless money sucking part of the business and cater
to people that don't need help at all!
This company is designed for
experienced Internet users only. There is no expensive call center or
even an outsourced one in some other country outside our own like many hosting companies
do now. We do not want to cater to people who just got their first
computer a few hours ago and expect us to waste our time teaching them
how to point and click or become a professional I.T. person in 10
minutes flat. Or to those who expect us to teach them how to
do complex database scripting for their websites.

Serious shit: We do
live in a global economy, but to compete in that world the playing field
has to be even. This service, although funny, is actually
serious. The backbone is an I.T. person's dream - it is solid, the
only thing is to provide that service to customers at constantly
shrinking price something has to go. Our choice was simple,
get rid of support!
