Mocrap is our sister company's
name
spelled backwards. Duh! This company is a dream service that
Crazy Dave came up with many years ago. It was actually after several beers
with some folks in the industry. Mocrap is Crazy Dave's way
of making fun of the downward spiral of the industry. Dave
established something that the has little if not no more competition
because we took out the layers of expensive customer service layers out of the equation. Pass that savings on to
customers that know what they are doing and now you have Mocrap.
In time, Mocrap will hopefully create new jobs and opportunities for the
industry too.
Everyone related to this industry and their mother runs a hosting
service now. Even the people that supplied hosting companies
eventually became hosting companies! One big example are the
large domain registrars who got into hosting. They only got big
because of loyal hosting services. Oh well.
That's ok, that's the dog eat dog industry there in a nutshell.
In the end, the constant is Parcom and now Mocrap.
Taking care of customers behind the scenes and doing things right.
We may not give you ass
kissing tech support at Mocrap, but the respect we give to each client
and their crappy sites is by the sheer fact that that site is running
well.

Goals:

- Own and maintain our
datacenter, network, and servers for our customers.
- Provide abuse to
clients that ask stupid questions.

Target Market:
Duh, people who know what
they are doing with this kind of stuff! People who like to
test things, hobby site owners, I.T. people who just want something
simple that works like the network they manage for some office, and
other smart computer enthusiasts. We cater to many
professional developers who want a place built by the book too.
If you don't bother us with stupid questions, your site will just work
because we're spending our money and time keeping your site running.
