The network status page is important to
go to before looking for answers. Perhaps you are whining about your
site being down but the server required a service pack during a
scheduled maintenance window. By the time you feel like posting a
message or sending a note to us, your issue may have already been
resolved. So check this page before saying something stupid.
Within our forum is a
public sales and billing question and answer area. That area
is open to non-mocrap clients who wish to ask dumb questions that way.
If you absolutely know
for a fact that you need help for something only a Mocrap employee can
