Support or Lack Thereof

Are you kidding?  Get this book (see picture to the right) first before even thinking of asking for support.

Phone number?   What's your phone number?  Whatever your phone number is that's your tech support number too.

When you sign up for an account you have access to a great forum, and get some quick guides to read.

To help yourself with issues or for some strange reason you don't know how to address a particular issue then here are some areas to assist you:

  • Forum - Pretty self explanatory.
  • FAQs - All sorts of things we threw together are here (The stuff people have the nerve to ask us about)
  • Network Status - Go here to see what's going on before you make yourself look stupid

The network status page is important to go to before looking for answers.  Perhaps you are whining about your site being down but the server required a service pack during a scheduled maintenance window.  By the time you feel like posting a message or sending a note to us, your issue may have already been resolved.  So check this page before saying something stupid.

Within our forum is a public sales and billing question and answer area.   That area is open to non-mocrap clients who wish to ask dumb questions that way.

If you absolutely know for a fact that you need help for something only a Mocrap employee can assist you with, then you must use our contact us form to post that request.   Cannot find it?  Look for it!  It is in front of your face.
