this service has a unique flavor in terms of customer service.
There really is minimal support here. There is a forum and
for the most part we are pretty reasonable people. But we reserve
the right to kick you out if you do dumb things around here.
We provide a fantastic service minus the expensive overhead of a call
center. But on top of that you get some serious up front, in
your face, above board, and sometimes pretty funny correspondence with
Mocrap staff. That's how it is, and you agree to this level
of service. If you don't like the idea of a solid service without
the fluff, then close your browser. It is amazing you got
this far if so.
